Attention all exhibitors: It has come to our attention that the Latin Tyre & Auto Parts Expo and its exhibitors have become a target for fraudulent companies. These companies are offering deceptive services including hotel and travel arrangements, as well as visitor/buyer lead lists.
Exhibitors who have fallen victim to these services have reported that the fraudulent entities do not fulfill their promises and fail to deliver the purchased items or services, such as hotel rooms or lead lists, and are refusing to issue refunds. It is important to note that the Latin Tyre & Auto Parts Expo does not, under any circumstances, sell visitor or buyer lead lists.
Companies claiming to provide such lists are not affiliated with the Expo and are considered fraudulent, peddling false information or data. We strongly urge all exhibitors to completely disregard and be extra vigilant against these fraudulent companies and their communications.
Some of these entities are engaged in illegal phishing practices and may embed malware in their emails, posing a potential threat to your computer systems if clicked. We advise exhibitors to completely ignore all calls and emails from these companies and to refrain from clicking on any links provided. Official communications from the Latin Tyre & Auto Parts Expo will only come from the email domain ____@latinexpgroup.com.

When and where do I get my badges?
Your badges are collected in person at the expo. Please see the section Exhibitor – Register for Badges – to register online. It is one registration per person. They will be available in person in the registration area to collect.
What is included in my booth?

Is there a dress code for the expo?
No shorts are permitted for men, and all persons must wear closed toe shoes during set up days.
Can I bring water or food to the expo?
You can bring a few personal items of food and beverage but large cases of water bottles, etc. may be detained by security. We ask you refrain from bringing large quantities to avoid issues at the security doors, and to order and food and beverages needed directly from the convention center - see here menu.
