July 2, 2019 (Panama, Rep. of Panama) – The 10^th Anniversary edition of the Latin American & Caribbean Tyre Expo took place June 26-28, 2019 in the Atlapa Convention Center in Panama, Rep. of Panama.

The Latin Tyre Expo is the leading annual tire exhibition in Latin America and the Caribbean, connecting hundreds of tire manufacturers each year with thousands of tire distributors from Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean.

Almost 200 exhibitors were present. Exhibitors displayed a wide array of products such as new and used tires, retreading, tire equipment, tire repair, tire casings, and many more.

The inaugural ceremony was headed by the Honorable Mr. Wei Qiang, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Panama and Mr. Wang Jian the First Secretary.

At the end of the first day, was presented a beautiful multi-cultural inaugural celebration, filled with food, drinks, and exclusive performances recalling the previous ten years.

The second day were the educational conference sessions; speakers included Mr. Kevin Rohlwing Senior Vice President of Training of the Tire Industry Association (TIA), Mr. Jean Barros Commercial Manager Mexico and Central America of Vipal SA de CV, Mr. David Zielasko Publisher and Editorial Director of European Rubber Journal, Mr. Greg Smith Modern Tire Dealer Editor and others.

The Latin Tyre Expo is the tire show that attracts the widest variety of Latin American and Caribbean buyers each year. For companies looking to expand their tire business in these regions, this is the show not to miss.
